Nutella Ice Cream
My goodness, this is something. We all need or want ice cream from time to time, even when we are old enough to know not to scream for it. ;-) Anyway, enough with trying to be witty let's go back to this is very simple recipe. Nothing to heat or cook! You don't even need to churn it in an ice cream machine, although I did and it was fantastic. It also stays soft in the freezer - absolute winner.
900 ml Thick Cream
590g Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
And that is it. Basic method : Mix and freeze.
But let me do my photo thing....
900 ml of heavy cream
450g of Nutella
590g of sweet condensed milk
I am using the thermomix, speed 5, but you can whisk or liquidize.
Optional, you can just place in a container and freeze directly.
For about 30 minutes
In a plastic container and place in the freezer. It will be ready to scoop every time.
It is a very quick, very easy ice cream.
